He has been responsible for critical software deliveries at NASA, led a university to become one of the top twenty small universities in the world, helped launch successful startups, and served on numerous advisory boards and government councils.

Sarah has an MBA degree and an MSc in Behavioral Sciences from Reykjavik University, as well as a BSc degree from UC Berkeley in California. Her expertise thus bridges between human behavior and business management, enabling her to improve employee well-being and motivations, while also increasing business productivity and customer satisfaction.
